Center's Jurisdiction
The Center has jurisdiction to adjudicate disputes related to real estate activities arising within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whether between natural or legal persons, provided the parties have agreed in writing to resolve their disputes through the Saudi Center for Real Estate Arbitration within their contract or in a subsequent agreement.
