The decisions issued by the Center are recognized as certified executive instruments, directly enforceable through the Enforcement Courts in the Kingdom.
Jurisdiction of the Center
The Center has jurisdiction over disputes related to real estate activities arising within the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whether between natural or juridical persons, provided that the parties agree in writing to settle disputes through the Center under the contract binding them or pursuant to a subsequent agreement.
